3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are free and based on the information provided by you at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary depending on property access, specific installation needs, and product availability. We’ll always confirm the final price before proceeding.

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking & Installation

After you accept a quote, we will schedule your installation—typically within 2 weeks. We'll confirm all details with you prior to your booking date.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote. In most cases, we require payment upon or prior to completion of installation. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, EFTPOS, and credit card.

Late payments may incur a fee.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

We use premium filtration systems backed by manufacturer warranties. Details of product warranties and any workmanship guarantees will be included in your quote and installation documents.

If you experience issues, contact us immediately and we’ll assess the problem to determine next steps.
